- A partnership with API Horizon Joint Venture where Horizon JV will pay 100% of the drilling and completion costs to earn a 75% working interest in the well. Nexera will retain a 25% working interest in the well at no cost to the Company.
- Developed to target potential high impact directional and horizontal wells in the Austin Chalk formation at approx. 5000ft
- The Company has successfully drilled the first horizontal well at the Stockdale Horizon prospect in South Texas. A 1,600ft horizontal leg was drilled through the Austin Chalk formation at approximately 5,000ft deep for total measured depth of 6,742ft
